Do you own the aircraft?

No. We arrange charters through operators we've vetted and hold agreements with. That's deliberate — it means we match the aircraft to your route rather than selling you the aircraft we happen to own.

Which destinations can you fly to?

Accepted Answer

Wherever we have an operator certified and available for the route. Rather than publish a list that goes stale, we'd rather you sent the route and got a straight answer.

Question 3

How quickly will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

Usually the same day. Complex multi-leg itineraries or unusual airports can take longer, and we'll tell you if that's the case rather than leave you waiting.

Question 4

What does the price include?

Accepted Answer

The quote is the total: aircraft, crew, fuel, handling, landing fees and applicable taxes. If something genuinely can't be known in advance — de-icing, for instance — we say so up front.

Question 5

Can you handle groups and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Teams, tours and delegations travelling with equipment are a large part of what we arrange. Tell us the weight and dimensions and we'll factor it in.
